SLT  is your all in one workout, combining cardio, strength training, and the most challenging elements of Pilates. Done on the Megaformer, we focus on activating slow-twitch muscle fibers through controlled movements and counter-resistance. Your highly trained instructors will challenge both your mind and your body while giving helpful tips and hands on assistance to make sure you have proper form and are doing each exercise to its full potential.
