Driving or walking around Cameron Village you may have noticed a beautiful store you weren’t sure how to pronounce. AL-ee-uh? ALE-i-uh?

No it’s AILLEA, pronounced uh-LEE-uh and this bright, clean shop is changing the way Raleigh buys beauty products, specifically clean beauty products.

Self-proclaimed “beauty junkie” and former executive in the beauty industry, Kathryn Murray Dickinson founded AILLEA after she discovered a lack of transparency when it came to organic, clean products. With stores in Atlanta, Charleston and two locations in Denver, the Raleigh location will be the area’s premier clean beauty destination.

Dickinson says of the store, “We have over 50 brands of toxin free makeup, skincare, haircare and, bath and body products, which are all free from over 1,500 toxic ingredients including sulfates, phalates, parabens, petrochemicals, PEGs and synthetic fragrance.” When we said AILLEA will change the way Raleigh buys beauty products, we meant it, She adds, “Until now, many of these products have not been available locally, so we are so excited for people to be able to experience them in person.”

Maybe you’re looking to change your beauty routine for cleaner products, or maybe your teen is starting to wear makeup. Come try safe, non-toxic products this week by getting a makeover. Dickinson hopes new customers will come see what they have to offer, she says, “Come in and start to sample and try all of your favorite clean beauty goodies, get a makeover or personal consult from one of our experienced team members!”

AILLEA makeup services include special event application. Natural glamour is the goal in this all-encompassing makeup treatment. You can even get false lashes applied for that extra special look.

Services don’t stop with makeup. Dickinson says, “We are working on getting our spa room up and running, so look for that announcement soon.” She adds, “Our spa room will be offering the AILLEA Signature Facial, customized for each individual’s skin needs, as well as all of your waxing needs.”

Dickinson knows that Cameron Village is the perfect spot in Raleigh for AILLEA. She says, “When I was exploring different real estate options, I quickly realized that Cameron Village was the only space I wanted to be. I love the shops, the restaurants, and the community feel to Cameron Village. There really is nothing else like it in Raleigh.”

Come to this beautiful new store for beauty products you’ll find nowhere else. We’re sure everyone in Raleigh will know how to pronounce AILLEA soon.
